On-site vibration data collection and analysis.

Ultrasonic assisted lubrication.
When you grease a bearing, when is enough, enough? The OEM recommended amounts don't take into consideration the numerous variables that go along with a bearing (speed, environment, load, cycle, etc.). Let the bearing tell you when it needs grease, not the other way around.
Air leak surveys.
Did you know that on average, 25% of the compressed air you generate is being used to "fill holes"? Compressed air is far from free, and the leaks can easily be identified by using ultrasound.
Shaft/sheave precision alignments.
